INGREDIENTS

- 1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 3/4 cup panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 Small onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Freshly ground pepper
- 6 Dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375ยบ F.
- Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
- Mix all the ingredients except for the oil together in a large bowl.
- Divide mixture into equal portions and flatten into patties.
- Heat the cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat
- Once the skillet is hot add the oil.
- Place patties in skillet.
- Sear burgers for 4-5 minutes
- Flip burgers and turn the heat down to medium-low.
- Sear the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven for 15 minutes, or until done.
